At SpotStamp, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not refund original shipping charges.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are only processed after the returned item has been received at our return address and inspected.
