All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on our website. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

SpotStamp is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
